Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you would like to return your item, here's what to do next...

We accept returns without reason within 30 days of your delivery date worldwide. If you are returning your item, however tempting it may be, please do not open and use your item otherwise we will not be able to give you your hard-earned cash back. Returned items must be unused, sealed and still in the same condition as sent. Any item used or damaged by the buyer will not be accepted back as a return, so please repackage them well!

We will fully refund the item cost to you when the returned item is received. However, you will need to cover the postage costs incurred when sending the item back to us.

Please make sure you include the returns form in your parcel as we are unable to accept returns without this. This form will provide you with all the information you require to return your parcel and enable us to process the return and refund you as quickly as possible! You can get this from our customer service team.

Please note, in an unfortunate event that your item is received damaged, you will not be asked to return the item. We will resend you the item (depending on stock) or if you prefer a refund we will send you a full refund within 24 hours.
