Shipping Guidelines

We aim to ship out all orders placed before 1pm (GMT) on the same working day, while any orders placed after 1pm (GMT) are not guaranteed to leave us the same working day and are likely to be shipped the following working day.

Our working days are Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Deliveries to the UK, Jersey and Guernsey:

Standard Tracked Service is £2.99 - we’ll deliver your parcel in 2 to 4 days from despatch. 

Premium Signed For Service (24hrs) - Next Working Day is £8.99 - we will deliver your parcel 1 working day from day of despatch. Please note deliveries are made on working days only with this service. Working days are Monday-Friday not including any Public Holidays observed in the UK.

Example - if order is placed on Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be process on Monday and delivered to you on Tuesday.

Premium Signed For Service (24hrs) - Saturday Delivery is £12.99 - please use this service if you are ordering on a Friday and require 24hr delivery of an item to you on a Saturday.

Free shipping is available on all UK orders over £25.00 - we'll deliver your parcel in 2 to 4 days from despatch

International and EU Deliveries:

We offer delivery services worldwide, the shipping cost of which is calculated at checkout.

All international and EU deliveries are made under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, meaning that any import duties, fees and taxes are to be borne by the receiver. Please note that you may be contacted by our forwarder partners to arrange and pay for any related import duties, fees and taxes prior to goods clearing customs in your country.

We recommend that items being delivered to addresses in Europe can take up to 14 working days and the rest of the world up to 21, this excludes weekends and UK bank holidays. If you have not received your items by this date, please do contact us.

Orders are packed locally by our team of dedicated packers and are quality checked. Every single item is hand packed to give it the best possible protection.
